This preview does not charge customers. Any Stripe test checkout uses test credentials and test cards only.
Proposed launch policy
If generation fails and we cannot deliver a usable song, contact support with your order ID for a refund or a corrected delivery. If you are charged twice for one order, we will correct it. Requests about a delivered song will be reviewed individually; a reasonable correction may be offered if the final song materially misses the submitted details.
How to request help
Use the support channel that will be published before checkout is enabled. This policy needs final review before accepting payments.
