What we collect
If you save a draft or place a test order, we collect your email, the name and details you submit, music choices, draft and edited lyrics, order and payment status. We use these details to create and deliver a personalized song and to help with support. Avoid entering sensitive details.
Who receives it
Our hosting provider stores the draft and order. When AI lyric drafting is enabled, the text provider processes your submitted details and both draft and edited lyrics for creation and safety checks; requests are configured without API response storage. MiniMax Music 3 through fal processes the final lyrics and musical direction to generate audio. Resend processes the recipient email and private delivery link. We do not use your submissions to train our own models. Stripe Checkout handles test payment details; we do not store card numbers.
Access and retention
Your current form and private order link are kept in this browser tab’s session storage so a reload does not erase your work; Clear draft removes them from that storage. Orders and audio are private by default and accessed through an unguessable link. Anyone with the complete link can access the order. Audio downloads are planned for 30 days, configurable by us; unused lyric drafts are eligible for deletion after seven days. Scheduled cleanup must be enabled before public launch. Inactive unpaid or failed orders and expired completed order details are eligible for deletion after 90 days of inactivity. Pending or unresolved generation jobs are retained for investigation. Minimal payment-event identifiers are kept to prevent duplicate processing; payment records are also handled by Stripe. We do not promise permanent audio storage.
